Returns

We want you to love your purchase from GlowGearWorld.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that because we work with multiple dropshipping partners worldwide, the return address may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Do not send your item back to the address on the package without contacting us first.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, beauty products)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because we ship directly from various global suppliers, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
